1. Service Agreement
a. We provide waste management solutions, plastic waste recycling, and Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) credit facilitation.
b. By engaging our services, you agree to provide accurate and complete details of your waste generation and compliance requirements.
c. Any fraudulent activity, misrepresentation of data, or misuse of services is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of services.
2. Payments and EPR Certificates
a. All payments must be made as per the issued quotation or invoice.
b. EPR Certificates are issued only after the successful transfer of credits to the Producer, Importer, or Brand Owner (PIBO).
c. Delayed or incomplete payments may lead to suspension or cancellation of services.
3. Client Responsibilities
a. Clients must provide all necessary documentation, declarations, and data required for compliance and reporting.
b. Waste provided for collection or recycling should not contain hazardous or restricted materials unless explicitly disclosed and agreed upon.
c. Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable CPCB/SPCB regulations under the Plastic Waste Management Rules.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
a. Service cancellations must be requested in writing.
b. Refunds, if applicable, will be considered based on the stage of work already completed.
c. EPR credits and certificates, once transferred, are non-refundable.
5. Use of Website

b. Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our website content without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability
